Main road closed due to large building fire

A road has been closed after a large building fire.
At about 21:00 BST, Hertfordshire Police said the A405 St Albans Road between Bricket Wood and Garston, close to Watford, was shut.
The force said it was assisting Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and asked people to avoid the area.
Images and videos shared on social media showed huge plumes of billowing black smoke.
