Hull KR have brought in Danny Richardson on a season-long loan from Castleford Tigers.

The half-back will link up with the Robins early next week for the remainder of the campaign.

Richardson, 27, has played 50 Super League games for Castleford, after his move from St Helens in 2020.

His last appearance for the Tigers was in the Challenge Cup quarter-final defeat by Wigan Warriors in April.

Richardson missed the whole of the 2023 season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in August 2022.

He is the Robins' second signing this week after Jack Brown's switch from city rivals Hull FC.
