Telford school ceremony marks £35m redevelopment plan

A ceremony has been held at a Shropshire school to mark the start of a £35m redevelopment project.
Plans for a new school for the existing 900 pupils of Abraham Darby School in Madeley, plus facilities for 200 post-16 students, were announced last year.
New sports facilities will also be open to the general public.
The redevelopment is part of a six-year schools project in the Telford and Wrekin area.
