Up to 70 jobs are to be created in Hull by a manufacturing firm which is relocating to the city.

Panaloc, which makes bathroom pods for hotels and flats, is moving from Manchester to the Kingston International Business Park.

Regional development company, Hull Forward, has provided a £258,000 grant to fund the move.

Areas covered by the new roles will include research, design, manufacturing and assembly.

John Holmes, chief executive of Hull Forward, said: "Panaloc's move is good news for the city as it not only brings an innovative new business to the region, but also creates the potential for new skilled and semi-skilled jobs."
