Peterborough cathedral square's facelift finished

New fountains near a Cambridgeshire cathedral have been turned on following a £6m project.
The water features have been installed in Peterborough's Cathedral Square, in a scheme which took 16 months to complete.
The work came under heavy criticism from local businesses who claim it has caused too much disruption.
It is to enhance "the vibrancy and attractiveness" of the city, Opportunity Peterborough said.
