Alderney starts review of fishing in island waters

  • Published

Islanders in Alderney are being asked for their views on fishing in local waters.

The General Services Committee is carrying out a review of commercial and recreational fishing.

They want to hear from anyone involved, either directly or indirectly at a public meeting on 24 June.

The agenda includes trawlers, charters, the size of vessels, protected areas, fishing limits, the closed season and fishing in bays.
