I will not pretend these are brilliant results, says Boris Johnson

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said he will not pretend his party's losses in two important by-elections were "brilliant results".

Speaking at a press conference in the Rwandan capital Kigali, where has been meeting other Commonwealth leaders, Boris Johnson said his government had to listen and learn from the defeats.
