Motorcyclist dies following three-vehicle crash

A man has died following a crash between two motorbikes and a car in Staffordshire.

One motorcyclist, who was in his 20s, was seriously hurt on the A51 Stone Road, close to the junction of Coombsdale and Kennels Lane, near Baldwin's Gate, at about 19:00 BST on Friday.

He was treated in hospital for multiple injuries but died on Tuesday morning, Staffordshire Police confirmed.

Officers have appealed for anyone with information, or who was travelling in the area at the time, to get in touch with the force.
