Woman dies in hospital after being hit by car

A woman in her 70s has died in hospital after she was hit by a car in the West Midlands.
The crash was on Hagley Road, Stourbridge, near the service station by the Glasshouse Hill junction in Oldswinford, at about 16:00 BST on 17 April.
The woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries and later died, West Midlands Police confirmed.
The driver of the car, a red Vauxhall Corsa, remained at the scene and was helping with inquiries, the force added.
