French bulldog stolen in burglary

A search has been launched for a French bulldog that was stolen during a burglary.

Eighteen-month-old Frankie was taken from a property in the Wood Street area of Patchway, sometime between 1:00 and 2:00 BST today (Friday).

Police said two offenders used a motorbike to get to and from the scene.

Officers have carried out house-to-house inquiries, and have also collected CCTV and doorbell footage in the local area.

Forensic inquiries have been carried out at the house, with police saying they want to speak to anyone who saw a motorbike in the Patchway area in the early hours of the morning, or may have information on Frankie's whereabouts.
