Pair charged with attempted murder over hit-and-run

Two men have been charged with attempted murder after another man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run.
The man was struck by a black Range Rover in Etches Close, at the junction of Western Avenue in Bournemouth on Monday at about 22:20 BST.
Dorset Police said it was reported those in the Range Rover fled the scene.
The victim, aged in his 20s from Christchurch, was airlifted to hospital with life-changing injuries.
The men aged 20 and 54 from Bournemouth have also been charged with possessing an offensive weapon and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
They are due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The force has set up a Major Incident Public Portal, external for people to submit information, dashcam, doorbell camera or CCTV footage.
