A quad bike and tools have been stolen from a rural property in north Devon, police have said.
Devon and Cornwall Police said sheds at the property in West Anstey were broken into overnight between Sunday 2 and Monday, 3 February.
Officers have appealed for people to check CCTV, doorbell and dash-cam footage and have asked anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious around St Petrock's Church and Badlake Lane to contact them.
Police said the high-value items taken included a green Polaris 570 quad bike, an orange Husqvarna 550 XP chainsaw and a solar pump.
The force said the quad bike was distinctive and could be identified by a "black-coloured dog box on the back".
Police have asked anyone who may have been offered the items for sale to report it to the force.
