Orwell Bridge blocked eastbound after breakdown

A long distance view of the south side of the A14 Orwell Bridge. The tops of the sides of lorries can be seen queuing on the eastbound carriageway. The tide is partly out on the Orwell Estuary, revealing mudflats covered in green flora, and the marshy bank. There are about half a dozen mute swans on the mud.
