Man arrested over rape of woman in Totnes
Anyone with information about a serious sexual assault in Totnes was asked to contact police

A man has been arrested on suspicion of rape after a woman was attacked in Devon, police have said.
Officers said they received reports of a serious sexual assault in Totnes at about 22:25 BST on Wednesday.
It took place on the High Street near the junction with Castle Street, Devon and Cornwall Police said.
The force said a man in his 30s from Totnes was arrested on suspicion of rape. He remains in police custody.
The woman is being supported by specially trained officers, it said.
Anyone who was in the area at the time or has information to assist the investigation was asked to contact police.
