Roads were closed and a bus service diverted after a fire broke out in a derelict factory, causing it to partially collapse.

Crews were called to Moat Street in Willenhall just before 05:40 BST with the incident continuing through the morning.

Ten fire engines plus other specialist equipment were sent to the two-storey building. Moat Street and Cemetery Road South were both closed.

The fire service said no one had been injured and nearby houses had been unaffected, but five properties had been evacuated as a precaution.

National Express said the number 41 bus could not access Willenhall town centre due to the road closures, and the nearest stops in use were on New Road and Lower Lichfield Street.
