Developer acquires land for 161 new homes

The development will be a mixture of one, two, three, four and five bedroom houses

A developer has acquired land to build 161 new homes.
Housebuilder Allison Homes East, will bring a mixture of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes to Priors Hall Park in Corby, Northamptonshire.
The site spans more than nine and a half acres, and construction is due to begin in March 2026.
Nigel Wakefield, development director at Urban&Civic, said the development was about creating a "sustainable community" which has become a "destination choice" for new housing in Corby.
Priors Hall Park has a number of established facilities, including a primary school, business academy, shops and play areas.
Once the work has been completed at the 965-acre site, external, there will be a total of 5,325 homes, two additional primary schools, sports pitches and further community infrastructure.
