Police in Nottingham are appealing for two witnesses to come forward after a woman suffered a serious sexual assault in a park.
Officers received reports of an attack in Victoria Park, off Bath Street, at about 03:00 GMT on Saturday.
Nottinghamshire Police said they were looking to trace a man and a woman "who are believed to have seen what happened" and were seeking other witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
The woman who was assaulted is being supported by officers.
Det Sgt Barry Haines said: "We are working to understand what happened in the moments before, during and after this incident and are currently pursuing a number of lines of inquiry.
"To this end we would like to speak to two people who were in the park at the time and later spoke with the young woman involved.
"We believe they have vital information about what happened and urge them to come forward without delay."
