Prosecutors have dropped a case against a man who was charged with being drunk and disorderly at a gathering of anti-immigration and anti-racism protesters.
David Fuller was arrested at the event in Weymouth, Dorset, in August 2024.
In November, the 63-year-old, of Yeovil, Somerset, failed to turn up to Weymouth Magistrates' Court, which issued a warrant for his arrest.
In a statement, the Crown Prosecution Service said it had decided not to pursue the case "following a careful review of all the available evidence", but gave no further details.
