Hundreds run for mental health charity

More than 370 runners have taken part in a run to raise money for a mental health charity.
The 10km (6.2 miles) challenge began at the KGV earlier.
The £20 entry fee will be donated to support the work of Guernsey Mind.
Jo Cottell, the charity's chief executive, said: "Exercise is good for our bodies but it's just as crucial for our minds."
She said: "Physical activity sparks the release of endorphins, our natural mood-boosters.
"It's a powerful way to shake off stress and anxiety, sleep better, and feel more energised and focused."
Severe weather warnings forced the event to be postponed in September but the delay allowed 70 more runners to sign up.
"The 10K Challenge is an important event for us at Guernsey Mind. Not only is it one of our main fund raisers for the year, but it also allows us to create awareness about the work that we do.
"Every penny raised will go directly to supporting our work within the bailiwick."
The event is open to runners of all abilities, and entrants can choose whether to walk or run, or do a bit of both.
Guernsey Athletics Club is helping to organise the event.
