Two injured during shooting near stadium

Two people have been injured in a shooting near Wolverhampton Wanders' Molineux Stadium.
The incident happened on Staveley Road in Whitmore Reans on Thursday night. A woman in her 30s and a man in his 20s suffered minor injuries.
An investigation had been launched, with patrols stepped up to provide reassurance, West Midlands Police said.
Insp Chris Turner said he understood the incident would cause concern to members of the community. CCTV from the area is being retrieved and reviewed, with door-to-door enquiries also on-going.
