Sensory packs, including ear defenders and sunglasses, have been made available to help people who find rail stations and trains overwhelming.
The packs, provided by West Midlands Trains and London Northewestern, also include sensory items and mindfulness activities. The firm said busy stations, bright lights and loud announcements could make rail journeys feel overstimulating.
They are free to collect from ticket offices across the network. The packs were released as part of national inclusion week - which takes place every September to celebrate inclusion and build inclusive workplaces.
