Attempted murder charge after festival stabbing

A man has been charged with attempted murder after another man was stabbed during a music festival.

Thames Valley Police said it was investigating the incident at the Reggae Land festival in Milton Keynes on 4 August.

A 29-year-old man from Tolcarne Avenue, Fishermead, Milton Keynes was charged with attempted murder and one count of possession with intent to supply class B drugs, namely cannabis.

A second man, 31, from Speedwell Place, Conniburrow, has been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis.

The victim is recovering from his injuries, after being treated in hospital following the incident.
