A property group has bought a Wolverhampton warehouse for more than £7m and says it will redevelop and upgrade the industrial estate.

The 100,000 sqft site on Parkside Industrial Estate consists of 11 units, which are let to four tenants, Clearbell Property Partners said.

The firm said it will replace the roof some units, install solar panels, expand yard areas, maintaining sustainability as much as possible.

Rob Cole, senior investment manager at Clearbell Capital, said the purchase enabled the company to expand its logistics business.
