Two Yorkshire terriers have died after being attacked by two other dogs at Thetford Forest.

Suffolk Constabulary said it happened near Brandon, close to the A1065, at about 18:00 BST on Wednesday.

A woman was walking her Yorkshire terriers when two large black dogs ran over and attacked them, officers said.

One terrier died at the scene, while the other ran away and was found dead a short time later.

Police said the black dogs were with a man and a woman who left the scene.

Anyone with information about the incident is being asked to contact Suffolk Constabulary.
