A teenager has died after a car travelling "at speed" left the road and rolled in Warwickshire, police said.

Officers were called to a single-vehicle crash involving a grey Porsche Macan on Banbury Road, Gaydon, at 02:15 GMT on Saturday.

The driver of the car, a boy in his late teens, died from his injuries at the scene, Warwickshire Police said.

Following the incident, a 27-year-old man from Temple Herdewyke was arrested on suspicion of use, cause, or permit offences under the Road Traffic Act.

A passenger who was also in the car did not have any significant injuries, officers added.

Police are appealing for any witnesses or those with dashcam or CCTV footage from around the time of the crash to come forward.

The force has also urged people not to share footage of the incident on social media.
