There were three miles of congestion between junctions 29 and 28 after two lanes were closed

  • Published

There were long delays on the M25 anticlockwise after a lorry broke down.

Two lanes were blocked between junction 29 for the A127 for Romford and Basildon, and junction 28 for the A12 for Brentwood.

This resulted in about three miles of traffic due to recovery work.

The lanes have all reopened, and traffic has started to ease.
