A man was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries after falling from a bridge onto the A14 in Suffolk.

Police were called to the Copdock Interchange, in Ipswich, just after 15:25 BST on Saturday.

The road was closed in both directions while emergency services attended the incident. It reopened at about 17:50 BST.
