The last in a series of live music and entertainment events in Guernsey is due to take place later.

A variety of acts have been taking part in KPMG Castle Nights, a weekly event held at Castle Cornet.

More than 150 local artists were billed to take part across four Fridays during July and August.

The final night is set to feature Rachel Dawson, Neon Fire and Space Pirates of Rocquaine, amongst other performers.

Festival atmosphere

Performances take place throughout the historic castle grounds in the South Battery, Outer Ward and Middle Ward to create a festival atmosphere.

In April, Guernsey Arts said the KPMG Castle Nights would return after renewed sponsorship was secured.

The event is free of charge, and islanders have been encouraged to bring picnics.

Russ Fossey, from Guernsey Arts, previously said the event was the "perfect way to celebrate the wonderful and eclectic talent we have on island".

KMPG Castle Nights is on from 18:00 to 21:00 BST.
