Three cars and a van have been destroyed in a fire at an industrial estate in Wolverhampton.

The blaze broke out on Etruria Way, Bilston, at about 22:05 GMT on Sunday, and caused superficial damage to two other cars and spread to a nearby shipping container, damaging stock inside.

Seven crews were sent to the fire inside a vehicle storage yard, with the blaze believed to have started accidentally, West Midlands Fire Service said.

People were initially asked to avoid the area and firefighters left the scene just after 00:30 GMT on Monday.
