Cocaine and heroin worth more than £100,000 were found after officers raided a number of properties in Nottingham.
Leon Wilson, 24, and Anton Sylvester, 36, were both jailed after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin and cocaine.
A third offender - Natalie McCann - was given a suspended sentence after admitting possession with intent to supply heroin and cocaine.
It comes after large amounts of Class A drugs, as well as cash, mobile phones and equipment were found during raids at addresses in Radford, Aspley and Bulwell.
Sylvester was found with pockets full of cash in Eltham Close, Aspley.
An investigation found he would use taxis to make frequent visits to the other two addresses and met up frequently with his accomplices.
A key found at his address unlocked the front door of a property in Severn Street, Bulwell.
When officers simultaneously forced open the doors at Grafton Court, Radford, they were confronted by Wilson, who was leaving the property and appeared to be in a hurry.
His rucksack revealed large amounts of Class A drugs and drug dealing equipment.
Further cocaine and heroin was found inside the Radford house - with a street value of £9,800.
Even larger amounts of Class A drugs were discovered stashed inside a safe at the Bulwell address.
Police say the cocaine alone would have fetched up to £80,000 when dealt on the streets.
The tenant of the property, McCann, aged 41, was given a two-year jail sentence suspended for two years.
Sylvester, Eltham Close, was jailed for a total of 10 years when he appeared in court for sentencing on Monday.
Wilson, of Bowood Crescent, Birmingham, was jailed for three years.
