A woman has denied causing the death of a motorcyclist in Lincolnshire.

Jeffrey Scott, 66, died after his motorcycle was in collision with a Vauxhall Corsa on Langrick Road, near Coningsby, on 21 July 2023.

On Wednesday, Danielle Barrett, 26, of Steadman Court, Horncastle, pleaded not guilty at Lincoln Crown Court to causing death by dangerous driving.

Judge James House KC adjourned the case for a trial - expected to last four days - beginning on 15 December 2025.

Ms Barrett was granted unconditional bail, with a pre-trial hearing to take place on 10 January next year.
