An 80-year-old breast cancer survivor has been named a Surrey NHS trust's volunteer of the year.
Marion Dante has been fundraising for Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust patients for 25 years.
She was inspired to volunteer in the 1990s after she was treated for cancer and one of her radiologists asked her to help raise money.
Ms Dante said: "I got a huge amount of support during my treatment, and wanted to give something back."
'Unwavering dedication'
She regularly volunteers with the Fountain Centre to raise funds for the charity, which provides wellbeing support to patients with cancer and their families.
Ms Dante's fundraising initiatives have ranged from standing out in all weathers with collection tins to organising large-scale events.
Susan Jordan, income generation lead for the Fountain Centre, said: "Marion embodies the spirit of selflessness and dedication, consistently prioritising the wellbeing of others.
"Her long-standing commitment to the Fountain Centre is a testament to her extraordinary character and unwavering dedication to making a difference."
