Woman hit by van suffers life-threatening injuries

A woman has suffered life-threatening injuries after being hit by a van in Grimsby.
A white Ford Transit was travelling south on Alexandra Road towards Frederick Street at about 19:40 GMT on Friday when it hit a pedestrian.
Humberside Police said a 44-year-old woman was taken to hospital and remains in critical condition.
The force is appealing for witnesses and any CCTV or dashcam footage.
