A charity's donation centre has been forced to shut following a break-in.
Humberside Police were called to reports of a burglary at Lindsey Lodge Hospice's warehouse on Crosby Road in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, between 16:45 on Saturday and 08:00 GMT on Monday.
Money was believed to have been taken and damage was caused to a window and a gate during the forced entry, the force said.
In a social media post, Lindsey Lodge Hospice said its warehouse would be closed until essential works had been completed.
"We as a local charity rely very heavily on income generated through our shops and acts like this not only impact the amount of money we can raise whilst closed, but also means we must use vital funds to carry out repairs," said a spokesperson.
Police are appealing for anyone with information or CCTV footage of the incident to get in touch.
