Police have released an image showing the aftermath of a "suspicious" fire which destroyed a caravan and outbuilding in the Bassetlaw area.
Emergency services were called to a compound off the A631, between Beckingham and Gainsborough, close to the Lincolnshire border, at about 21:30 BST on Wednesday.
Nottinghamshire Police said a car and caravan were found on fire at the scene, with the fire spreading to a nearby outbuilding.
Road closures were in place while the fire was extinguished, and no injuries were reported, but a joint police and fire investigation found it "was likely to have been started deliberately".
Det Con Chloe Baugh, who is leading the investigation, said: "The incident is being treated as suspicious, and we are appealing for anyone with any information to contact us.
"Lighting any fire is extremely reckless and has the potential to result in devastating consequences, so it's really important that anyone with information that could assist our inquiries comes forward."
