Police probe alleged sex abuse at two schools

Two police forces have launched linked inquiries into allegations of sexual abuse at two schools.
Dorset Police said it was carrying out an investigation into alleged abuse at the former Old Malthouse School in the 1970s.
Devon and Cornwall Police said it was aware of allegations made in a TV documentary about historical abuse at Truro School.
It said: "While we haven't received any reports from victims at this time specific to our force, we will be working with both the school and our Dorset Police colleagues."
In a letter to parents, Truro School headteacher Andy Johnson said: "Any allegation of historic abuse that is made or alerted to us is taken extremely seriously."
