A woman fatally injured at a property in Cheltenham has been named by police.

Davinia Graham, 67, was declared dead by emergency services at an address on Fairfield Road, Cheltenham in the early hours of Saturday.

Charles Graham, aged 77 of Fairfield Road, Cheltenham, has been charged with her murder, and appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court earlier.

He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court for a plea hearing on Wednesday morning.

Gloucestershire Police said specialist officers are supporting the family of Ms Graham, who was known as Dee to her friends.
