Moped rider suffers 'life-changing' injuries in crash
Police are appealing for witnesses

A moped rider has been taken to hospital with "life-changing" injuries after a crash.
Avon and Somerset Police said officers were called to a single-vehicle collision on Warminster Road, Bath, at around 10:35 BST on 30 July.
The rider of a grey scooter was taken to hospital, the force said.
Officers are appealing for witnesses of the crash, or anyone with relevant footage, to contact them.
