Murder inquiry launched after man dies

A murder inquiry is under way following the death of a man, in the early hours.
Officers were called to Lichfield Street in Walsall just before 05:00 GMT, where the man was discovered unconscious, with serious injuries, West Midlands Police confirmed.
The force said it was investigating the circumstances that led up to his death and it's thoughts were with the victim's family.
A police cordon is in place at the scene, as police inquiries continue.
