Two murals have been unveiled in Lincolnshire, paying homage to towns.

Artist Francesca Young was commissioned by Jade's Ice Cream Parlour in Cleethorpes to create a piece that captured the seaside town's sights.

Meanwhile, community interest company, Creative Start, had a team of 13 working on a mural to welcome people to Grimsby Docks.

The organisation supports people recovering from addiction through art and community projects.

Miss Young said she first started painting when she was a child with her grandmother, and in 2020 started a business from her passion.

Her piece at Jade's Ice Cream Parlour took two months to complete.

Sam Delaney, director of Creative Start, said the Grimsby Docks mural was inspired by the town's fishing heritage.

It was painted "in a style reminiscent to 1950s Americana billboards", he said.

Mr Delaney added: "We've named the mural The Grimsby Docks Drive-in".
