Police say they have recovered £322,500 worth of cannabis from a property in Aberdeen.

A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the drugs found at a property in Concraig Park.

Sgt Mark Rennie, from the city's community action team, said: "This is a significant recovery which means a large quantity of drugs will remain off our streets.

"Information from the community is absolutely vital and I'd like to thank them for their cooperation and the information they've provided."
