Witnesses are being sought after a fatal crash in Somerset last week, which is believed to have involved only one vehicle.

A man in his 60s died in the crash on Wednesday in Langport, which involved a Volvo XC90 and happened in Paradise Lane.

Avon and Somerset Police say their sympathies are with the man's family, who are being supported by a specially trained officer.

Police want to hear from anyone who either saw or heard anything between 10:20 BST and 12:20 BST that day, or those with footage covering the area. While it is not believed others were involved, inquiries are ongoing.
