A man has been charged with breach of a stalking order and harassment

A man has been charged with breach of a stalking order.
Colin Meyer, 44, of no fixed address, was arrested by Surrey Police following an appeal.
He was also charged with harassment and has been bailed.
He is due to appear at Staines Magistrates' Court on 3 July.
