Two plead not guilty to murder of Odhrán Kelly

Two men charged with the murder of Odhrán Kelly in Lurgan last year have pleaded not guilty.

The 23-year-old victim's body was found beaten and burned beside a car on 3 December 2023.

Gary Damien Scullion, 32, of Edward Street, and Shane Harte, 32, of Garland Avenue, Lurgan, both entered the not guilty pleas at Belfast Crown Court on Friday.

A third defendant Stephanie McClelland, 36, of Lagmore Grove, Lisburn, who is charged with assisting the offenders, also pleaded not guilty.

Two other defendants connected to the case were not arraigned.

The case will be reviewed on 31 January 2025.
