Two children in hospital after being struck by car

Two children have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after they were hit by a car in Kent, police have said.
The two boys, age eight and five, were reportedly struck by a white Hyundai in Moatfield Meadow, Kingsnorth at about 16:00 GMT on Monday, Kent Police said.
Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and the children were taken to a London hospital where they remain in a serious but stable condition.
The road was closed and later reopened at about 22:30 that evening.
