A 31-year-old man has been charged with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl while she was walking her dog.
The incident took place in Cardiff at about 17:30 on Friday.
South Wales Police said the alleged assault happened on a footpath between Cardiff Golf Club and Pentwyn Road which passes by Glyn Rhosyn, Pontprennau.
The force said the man, from Adamsdown, Cardiff, had also been charged in connection with another incident on 23 October.
Police said he allegedly approached a 15-year-old girl on a bus between Barry and Cardiff and made "improper suggestions".
He has been taken into custody and is due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Friday, charged with sexual assault by touching a girl under 13 years of age and with inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
