Eric Clapton will headline an outdoor show at Sandringham next year.
The guitarist/singer will be at the royal estate in Norfolk on Sunday 23 August.
Giles Cooper, of Heritage Live Festivals, said: "Eric Clapton is one of the greatest musicians of all time and it's a dream come true for all of us... to have him play at the Sandringham Estate."
Clapton is the first act to be announced for a series of three concerts over the weekend.
His career has included stints in The Yardbirds, John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers and Cream. His solo work includes hits such as Layla and Wonderful Tonight.
Pre-sale tickets will be available on 3 December before general tickets go on sale on 5 December.
Last year, the royal estate hosted Pet Shop Boys, Mariah Carey and Michael Bublé.
