A supermarket is selling a derelict pub adjacent to its store in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

Sainsbury’s had previously submitted plans to build a new petrol station on the site of the former Tudor Tavern on St Nicholas Road.

However, the building has now been put up for sale with 28 parking spaces included in the plot.

The approximately 23,043 sq ft (0.529 acres) site was advertised with a long lease.
