Plans have been submitted to convert an 85-space city centre car park into flats.

Retail development company Unex Group submitted plans to build 48 flats at the Brook Street NCP car park in Peterborough city centre.

The six-floor building would include 14 one-bedroom flats, 21 two-bedroom flats and six three-bedroom flats, with 73 parking spaces.

It also includes a commercial unit on site described as "an essential goods shop", with a frontage on to Brook Street.
