Lochaber road shut after fire breaks out in house

A house fire has closed the A861 near Glenuig in Lochaber.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said four appliances had been sent to tackle the incident at a semi-detached property.
Police said the road at the scene was likely to be closed for "a number of hours".
They added that motorists should try to avoid the area if possible.
A statement from the SFRS said: "We were alerted at 10:18 on Wednesday to reports of a dwelling fire on the A861 near Glenuig.
"Operations control mobilised four fire appliances to the scene where firefighters are working to extinguish a fire affecting a semi-detached property.
"Crews remain at the scene."
Glenuig is a small crofting community on the Sound of Arisaig in Moidart.
